Yes, you can. When your photo is done, click on the "Saving" icon, your photo will be automatically saved in your album (of course when you log in already).

And if you want to keep it in your computer, you can go to your photos album and right-mouse click on the picture you want to save, choose "Save image as" and put it in your PC.

You also can copy link of this image to put it in your blog, forum or other websites
